3rd generation black 1989 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 For Sale.

The car has a lot of good parts on it and was built to keep. The odometer has 24k on it. I believe it is 124k. Below are the things that I can remember doing to the car.

Motor

GT-40P long block (from Explorer. Has about 40k miles), ARP Rod Bolts, New oil pan (drain plugs were stripped), MAC pulleys

Comp Cam Magnum 266HR Roller Cam with matching valve springs and keepers

Double Roller Timing Chain, Cobra 1.7 Roller Rockers

3 core radiator

INTAKE/EXHAUST

Edelbrock intake, Pro-M mass air meter, BBK 70mm Throttlebody, Moroso Cold Air induction

FMS Shorty Headers with MAC 2.5 catback. Still has factory H-pipe

Transmission

T-5 with King Cobra Kevlar Clutch (Converted from AOD)

Replaced Adjustable clutch cable and quadrant, Hurst Shifter

Rear End

3.27 gears. New outer bearings and seals with brake upgrade

Full SN95 brake upgrade with 5 lug axles, rear disc brakes,

Suspension

Hotchkis Rear Control Arms, BBK Subframe connectors, Replaced a-arm bushings and Ball Joints (Moog)

Poly strut mounts and sway bar bushings, Motorsport B springs, TRW rack and pinion

Full SN-95 Brake upgrade. All new rotors calipers, spindles etc. Adjustable proportional valve. SVO Master Cylinder and SN-95 brake booster (makes a HUGE difference).

17 inch FMS Mach 1 wheels (bought from Tommy Vaughan) with new tires from Discount Tire.

Interior

Leather seats from 2003

Old school pioneer radio, all speakers changed to Blaupunkt

Other

AC and Heater work fine.

New front bumper cover and headlights. Bumper not painted

Has superchips module that goes between the computer and wiring harness.

Original paint, never repaired, although needs paint. The factory paint is getting thin, but it still looks OK. There is a dent on the drivers door that was there when I bought the car. The previous owner put touch up paint on it. There is a small dent on the drivers rear wheel well. I tried to take pic of all the dents. Overall it is a fairly straight and solid car. It has NEVER been wrecked aside from the small dings. The rear bumper is original. I have most of the receipts for the add ons.

Good solid car. I just replaced the windshield and added a BBK hpipe.
